A bit about your broker

Jeff Kermath has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years. I, Jeff am on the forefront of the flat fee industry. Since we specialize in these "flat fee" listings we are acutely aware of the change in the real estate industry. We do this full time, am members of several boards throughout the state and am keenly aware of the rules of the system.

The real estate industry is changing so fast it is really amazing. In 5 years my prediction is that selling a home will simply be a transaction online for about 45% to 55% of the market segment! I see this transformation as a win-win for everyone. For the consumers our model saves people about half BUT... people still retain the right to find their own buyer and PAY ZERO commission.

For the Realtors, they still get their typical 3% commission if they bring a buyer! I can't think of a more business model for all parties to win.

At Amerisell we are working on our "Transaction Processing System" TPS, which by the end of the first half of 2006 will enable the novice home seller to sell AND process their entire transaction online!
